Rouyn-Noranda was born of a dream embodied by the gold rush of the 1920's. With the amalgamation of thirteen municipalities, which once composed the former MRC, Rouyn-Noranda is proud to live with the richness of a diverse heritage that includes mineral faults, watercourses, hills and valleys.
This virtual visit will lead you to the discovery of a young, dynamic and harmonious community.
